THIS SERVICE INCLUDES:
Initial Consultation
-This meeting will occur 5-6 weeks prior to the wedding and will cover all of the wedding details to get everyone on the same page.
Guidance + Consultations
-Access to our planning tools, forms and checklists in your own Client Portal keeps things organized and helps you know what questions to ask your vendors to plan and design your event with efficiency
-Monthly 30 minute check ins via phone or video chat to answer questions and offer guidance
Organizational Tools + Planning Services
-Work with Siempre to create detailed a floor plan perfect for your event and distribute to all vendors
-Create detailed schematics of seating, furniture layout and venue set up
Venue Management
-A complete walk-through at Siempre to cover the layout plan, design, and setup. This will be scheduled when we meet for our consultation.
Vendor Management
-Confirmation on all contract details and arrival times will take place over the phone and through email in the month prior to the wedding
-Review all vendor contracts and pricing
-Provide vendors with detailed timelines, instructions, schematics and pictures as needed
Wedding Day Management + Installation
-Our team is first to arrive at Siempre on the morning of the wedding
-Provide Bridal Emergency Kit (anything and everything you may need on your wedding day)
-Professionally style your invitations and other personal details like jewelry and shoes, ensuring you get magazine worthy flatlay shots
-Greet wedding vendors as they arrive and receive deliveries
-Ensure that all vendors are fulfilling their contractual duties and act as their day-of contact
-Manage and install décor setup of all physical sites, including but not limited to ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception
-Assist wedding party, family and guests as needed
-Organize and distribute all personal flowers to wedding party, family members and special guests
-Light candles and place table numbers, menus, place cards, favors, toasting glass, cake serving set, etc. per décor plan, stylizing everything to perfection
-Setup escort cards and escort card table décor
-Setup guest book and make sure people are signing it
-Facilitate the wedding ceremony
-Make sure that all members of wedding party are looking picture perfect.
-Cue musicians
-Properly line up and cue processional
-Make sure that your marriage license is signed and given to the officiant
-Assist photographer with family photos if needed
-Keep wedding running smoothly and on time
-Distribute final payments and tips to all vendors on your behalf
-Organize and conduct all setup and breakdown
-Pack up all personal items and give to designated family member
-Be prepared to meet any emergency situation that may arise
