Zach Wilson and Nicolette Dellanno celebrated their Utah wedding reception at Siempre on July 12 with more than 300 guests, following their intimate ceremony in New York City earlier that month. Set against the Utah mountains, the evening was designed to feel elevated, immersive, and full of energy from beginning to end.

The celebration blended modern romantic design with intentional guest experiences throughout the night. Cocktail hour featured a lively casino experience alongside some of their favorite Utah based food vendors, creating an atmosphere that felt personal, interactive, and anything but traditional. Guests enjoyed late night churros, waffles, popsicles, and other local favorites woven throughout the evening.

The design balanced soft, timeless details with a more editorial edge. Neutral florals, layered candlelight, draped textures, and thoughtful lounge spaces created a setting that felt both refined and welcoming. Every detail was centered around creating an experience that reflected Zach and Nicolette’s personalities while giving guests an unforgettable night to be part of.

As the sun set over the mountains, the reception transformed into a high energy celebration filled with dancing, connection, and nonstop movement between each thoughtfully designed space. The result was a wedding celebration that felt deeply personal, visually impactful, and entirely centered around experience.
